Payment Policy
Deposit
A $35 deposit is required to hold your place in group. This is non-refundable. If you can't make the group you registered for, it may be used to secure a spot in a different group.
Group Absence
You are allowed one missed group for free. Following that, you will be charged $35 per missed group. If there are extenuating circumstances, please reach out!
Leaving Group
If you decide to leave group in the first three weeks and have already paid in full, you will be refunded a prorated amount minus the groups you attended and the deposit. After 3 weeks, it is non-refundable, unless there are extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency.
Group Cohesion
Each group is a self-contained 10 session campaign. Part of the therapeutic benefit comes from building relationships with your party! These policies exist to promote minimal absences and group cohesion
