Adult Groups
Adult Groups run for 10 weeks and are closed groups designed to facilitate therapeutic growth and community building through acceptance and commitment therapy . Each group is limited to 6 participants. The next group starts on September 15th, 2026 - register using the REGISTER NOW link.
New Group! For anyone who wants a more intensive and immersive experience, I am now offering a 20 week group on Wednesdays from starting 10/14/26. This group will involve dedicated time for education and practice around interpersonal effectiveness, as well as longer game play.

No Experience Necessary
No need to be intimidated! Learning to play within therapeutic gaming is an integral part of the group structure in D&D therapy groups, where acceptance and commitment therapy principles help guide the experience.
Technology
To participate in the D&D therapy groups, you need to ensure your privacy and have a high-speed internet connection that can support platforms like Zoom and D&D Beyond, which are essential for engaging in therapeutic gaming and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Cost
$35 deposit to register for our D&D therapy groups, which will go toward your first session. Each 10 week session, focusing on acceptance and commitment therapy through therapeutic gaming, costs $35 for 1.5 hours. The 20 week group is 3 hours long and costs $75 per session. Please note that no insurance is accepted for these groups. You must register to reserve your spot.
